Official summary of the law (Knesset)
This Law extends by two years the validity of the provision stipulating that an employer may not require an employee who is a parent whose child has died to retire due to age, for up to four years from the date on which the employee reaches mandatory retirement age, all subject to the conditions set out in the Law. The Law also provides for the continuation of the Government's obligation to report to the Labor and Welfare Committee, once a year, on its activities regarding the publication of the Law's provisions to employees and employers.
