What was said in the plenum

Supporters saidautoThe amendment is technical and intended only to streamline the accounting mechanism between the Tax Authority and the area's authorities and to spare the citizen the need to pay twice and request a refund after the fact, without changing the actual amount of tax liability.Speakers who made this point: 2Opponents saidautoBeneath the guise of a bureaucratic amendment lies a political move to ease land acquisition in the area and support creeping annexation of the territories.Speakers who made this point: 1
