Value Added Tax Law (Amendment No. 51 and Temporary Provision), 2015 (hereinafter - the Amendment), was adopted in second and third reading on 27 July 2015. The Amendment establishes a temporary provision from 1 July 2015 until 31 December 2016, according to which the detailed report will be submitted as an additional report to the periodic report. It was also determined that the reporting period for a dealer whose turnover does not exceed NIS 1,500,000 will be two months, and the Minister of Finance will be authorized to set a longer reporting period for such a dealer. In addition, the Director will be authorized to permit such a dealer to submit a report for a shorter period than that set by the Minister of Finance, if the dealer so requested.
