It is proposed to establish as a temporary provision that the Budget Law for the years 2015 and 2016 will be a biennial budget. It is further proposed to postpone the decisive date for the dissolution of the Knesset due to non-passage of the Budget Law as stated in Section 36A(b) of Basic Law: The Knesset, so that instead of 100 days from the date the government was formed, the decisive date will be 189 days from the date the government was formed (19 November 2015). In addition, it is proposed that the government table the Budget Bill before the Knesset no later than 31 August 2015 (109 days from the date the government was formed).
