If no such inspection took place, the Director General of the Ministry may renew the license for a period of one year only, based on the applicant's declaration that there is an adequate level in terms of sanitation and in terms of the requirements of the Epinephrine Law. If the previous license included special conditions regarding sanitation, these conditions will also be included in the renewed license.
