The Law determines that an individual, who or whose spouse performed reserve duty during the period from 7 October 2023 until the end of the 2023 tax year, may request that, for the purpose of tax benefits, amounts paid to a pension savings fund or to a self-employed persons' further education fund be regarded as having been paid in the 2023 tax year, even if they were actually paid in 2024.
