Amendment No. 20 to the Law regulated the maximum legal fee that an attorney and claim handlers may charge a Holocaust survivor for their work, and established a mechanism for returning excess fees that had been charged. The refund period was set at one year, until the end of 2015. Amendment No. 21 to the Law extended the refund period until the end of 2016. This amendment extends that period until the end of 2020.
