The Law for Amendment of the Income Tax Ordinance (Amendment No. 216), 2016 (hereinafter - the Amendment), was passed in second and third reading on 4 January 2016. The Amendment provides that, pursuant to Section 126(a) of the Income Tax Ordinance, the corporate tax rate shall stand at 25%.
