The Law establishes, as a temporary provision for two years, that the chairperson of the Joint Committee for the Defense Budget, composed of members of the Finance Committee and members of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, may be chosen from among all members of the Joint Committee, and not only from among the members of the Finance Committee who are part of it.
