The Law establishes a compensation mechanism for businesses and employees directly or indirectly harmed during Operation "Am Kelavi." Businesses whose transaction turnover decreased by at least 25%, and which do not exceed 400 million NIS per year, are entitled to compensation for fixed expenses, including wages.
