This Law enables an employer in the public sector whose employees are not organized in a representative organization to establish a reduction arrangement different from the reduction arrangement set out in the Law on the Participation of Employees and Officeholders in the Public Service in Measures to Stabilize the Fiscal Situation in the State during 2025 and 2026 (Temporary Provision), 2025. The reduction under the arrangement may apply to salary components that are not part of the determining base defined in the Law.
