Official summary of the law (Knesset)
The Law extends by an additional three years, until 15 July 2028, the temporary provision authorizing the Government to establish in Regulations, with the approval of the Knesset Constitution Committee, provisions regarding preference for domestically manufactured products in the procurement of textiles for the defense establishment and the Ministry of Public Security. Pursuant to a provision existing in the original temporary provision, the Minister of Finance will be authorized to extend this period, by order, with the approval of the Knesset Constitution Committee, for an additional two years.
