The Law provides that the National Insurance Institute, the Israel Tax Authority, and the Population and Immigration Authority, when providing a widely used digital service to the public, will be required to send a recorded voice message to telephones that are unable to receive text messages. These bodies will also be required to collect information regarding digital services they provide to the public in Arabic, Russian, and Amharic. This information will be included in the report submitted to the Knesset by the National Digital Authority under the Law. The Law will be applied gradually over the three years from the date of its commencement.
