It was determined that the Minister of the Interior may order, after holding a hearing, the deportation of a family member of a terrorist, if that person knew in advance of the family member's plan to carry out an act of terrorism and did not make all necessary efforts to prevent it, if the person expressed support or identification with the act of terrorism, or if the person published words of praise, sympathy, or encouragement for an act of terrorism or a terrorist organization.
