Official summary of the law (Knesset)

It was decided to apply the parity voting mechanism established by the Government for the government plenum also to the various ministerial committees. It was further determined that in the Prime Minister's Office, at the time a government is formed, two deputy ministers may be appointed. In addition, it was determined that rotations between the Prime Minister and the Alternate Prime Minister will take place even if a decision was made to dissolve the Knesset before the end of its term, provided that the dissolution law was passed in the third reading with the votes of two Knesset members from factions whose ministers are identified as affiliated with the Prime Minister at the time the rotation government is sworn in; or if a budget law was not passed by the end of the period designated for that under Basic Law: The Knesset.
