The Law authorizes the Minister to establish special provisions regarding the payment of insurance fees for students in educational institutions abroad. It was established that the Minister will enact initial Regulations by virtue of this authority within two months from the effective date of this Law, and they will remain in effect for a period of no more than two years and will establish that in 2022 and 2023 the rate of insurance fees to be paid by students in educational institutions abroad will be equal to the rate of insurance fees paid by students in educational institutions in Israel.
