The Law establishes that the National Insurance Institute will be responsible for managing, operating and maintaining the memorial hall for victims of hostile actions, which is to be built on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem. The State Treasury will compensate the Institute for this in an amount not less than 1 million new shekels annually, starting in 2026 or the year the hall is established, whichever is later. This amount will be linked annually to the consumer price index.
