Establishing special provisions for publishing the amounts of participation of the Government and of local authorities in financing the budgets of religious councils, in accordance with criteria to be set by the Ministers for 2018, such that it is proposed to postpone until 30 July 2018 the date for determining and publishing the special participation amount for the 2018 fiscal year. It is also proposed that the determination of the special participation amount be made without the approval of the Finance Committee.
