The Law adds, to the federations and associations entitled to receive support funds from the Council for the Regulation of Sports Betting, granted according to criteria set by the National Council for Sport, also federations that have received recognition under the Sports Driving Law. The Law further provides that persons who are members of the active management of a sports driving federation may not be appointed as representatives to the Council for the Regulation of Sports Betting, similarly to representatives who are members of the active management of an association or federation under the Sports Law.
