The Law Prohibiting Discrimination Against the Blind Accompanied by Guide Dogs prohibits discrimination against blind persons in employment and in entry to public places and public transportation due to their being accompanied by guide dogs. This amendment extends the said prohibition on discrimination also to a trainer and handler of a guide dog in the training process, provided the conditions set out in the Law are met, including marking of the dog as required.
