The Israel Public Broadcasting Law (Amendment No. 3), 2015 (hereinafter - Amendment No. 3), was passed in second and third reading on 30 November 2015. Amendment No. 3 repeals paragraph (5) of Section 113(b) of the Israel Public Broadcasting Law, 2014, which was worded: "In the Authority's broadcasts, one must refrain from one-sidedness, prejudgment, expressing personal opinion, giving grades and affixing labels, concealing facts or emphasizing them selectively not according to their news value." The commencement of the said amendment is from the date of entry into force of the Israel Public Broadcasting Law (Amendment No. 2), 2015, namely from 10 September 2015.
