It was decided to re-enact, for an additional period of five years, the temporary provision establishing that in tenders for the procurement of textiles for the defense establishment and the Ministry of Public Security, preference would be given to the purchase of textiles made in Israel. It was also established that within 30 days from the date the temporary provision is re-enacted, the Government shall bring new regulations under its authority for approval by the Constitution, Law and Justice Committee, and until the new regulations are enacted, the regulations enacted under the previous temporary provision, which had expired, shall be regarded as remaining in force.

הוחלט לחוקק מחדש, לתקופה של חמש שנים נוספות, את הוראת השעה שקבעה כי במכרזים לרכישת טקסטיל עבור מערכת הביטחון והמשרד לביטחון הפנים, תינתן העדפה לרכישה של טקסטיל מתוצרת הארץ. כן נקבע שבתוך 30 ימים מיום שהוראת השעה תיחקק מחדש, תביא הממשלה תקנות חדשות מכוחה לאישורה של ועדת החוקה, חוק ומשפט, ועד להתקנת התקנות החדשות יראו את התקנות שהותקנו מכוח הוראת השעה הקודמת ופקעו כאילו הן עומדות בתוקף.
