The Law establishes that any employment of a minor aged 15 to 18 in the field of modeling or photography, including in early stages of employment such as brokering for employment and auditions, shall be subject to the approval of the minor and their parent or guardian. The approval shall be given in writing in accordance with a structured form to be published on the Ministry of Economy website. In addition, in the case of brokering or repeated employment with the same broker or employer within a period of one year, consent may be given via text message or another digital means that the broker or employer can retain.
