Official summary of the law (Knesset)
The Law establishes, as a temporary provision, special arrangements for the payment of fines collected by the Center for Collection of Fines, Fees and Expenses. This applies to those liable for payment of fines to which a delinquency surcharge has been added under Section 67 of the Penal Law, and expenses for taking collection proceedings, as defined in Section 4 of the Center for Collection of Fines, Fees and Expenses Law.
