חוק מגבלות על חזרתו של עבריין מין לסביבת נפגע העבירה, קובע כי בית המשפט רשאי להטיל מגבלות על מגורים או עבודה של עברין מין בקרבת מקום המגורים או העבודה של קורבן העבירה בהתקיים התנאים הקבועים בחוק. תיקון מס' 6 לחוק האמור מרחיב את ההסדר וקובע כי בית המשפט יהיה רשאי להטיל גם מגבלות על מגורים, עבודה או לימודים של עבריין המין, בקרבת מוסד הלימוד שבו לומד קורבן העבירה.
